Take a look at some of the Atlas Mapping customers and where they are situated across the UK. Where suitable, we work with our clients remotely so our customer spread looks very different to a business that works locally. Have you had any thoughts on your customer spread and what this means for your business?
Some businesses are not confined to only working with local customers or establishing a catchment area around a store. Our business is one such example as can be seen by our spread of customers across the UK.
Where suitable we implement different communication and project delivery methods to streamline our processes and then pass these savings on to our customers. One such example is the use of web meeting software to hold some consultative talks. Being able to share screens is a huge benefit in our line of work but can be utilised for many other reasons such as training or providing product support.
Have you thought about your spread of customers and whether there is a different way of working with them to make your business more profitable?
