Challenge
The company delivers service by operating a network of audiologist partners who operate across multiple opticians. This network had grown organically over time but with high ambition to grow the customer base, they needed a new more structured approach to expansion. This is made particularly challenging with so many moving parts and relationships that exist between partners and opticians.
Solution
As usual the first phase was for Atlas Mapping to reveal the current state of the business and partner network by using data to display it all in Vision. Combining this visual aid with accurate data on the number of potential customers, partners and competitors enabled the Atlas Mapping team to reveal true market performance. From here we could estimate the local market conditions needed for a partner to service the optimum number of customers.
